Ishita Kishore, the daughter of a former Air Force officer, currently works at the renowned multinational company Ernst and Young. Her mother has been a dedicated private school teacher, and her elder brother has pursued a career in law. Ishita, who follows Hinduism and belongs to the Kayastha caste, is the younger of two siblings.

Throughout her academic journey, Ishita Kishore showcased her diverse talents and interests. She actively participated in extracurricular activities, such as competing in the Subroto Cup in 2012 and representing her school at national-level football tournaments. At Delhi University’s prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), she pursued a degree in Economics with honors. Hailing from Uttar Pradesh, Ishita successfully cleared the UPSC examination, choosing Political Science and International Relations (PSIR) as her optional subject.

During her high school and college years, Ishita Kishore engaged in various extracurricular pursuits. She took on leadership roles in Interact, a Rotary-sponsored group, and participated in simulated United Nations meetings at school events. In college, she actively contributed to the Economic Society and Literary Society, showcasing her passion for economics and literature.
